Question...Do you have Multiple Listing Services(MLS here in Canada) which would allow your client ,if they see another property outside of your portfolio on another realtor's site they like and you could contact them on behalf of your client and arrange the buy and hopefully receive some commission from it?
I have no idea why anybody loves this depressing grey stonework - I adore painted stonework myself - and it would ALL get a coat of white or cream paint - you get all the nubbly-ness of stone without the depressing color ! If stonework is golden as in some Southern French areas - to me that is beautiful, I just loathe grey stone ! Just my preference ! Apart from that this is a gorgeous home ! It's ok I will not be buying this house ! My brother freaked out when his brickwork archway which he thought was 'beautiful' was painted white by his daughter who bought his house - I laughed !
