Hi Suzanne, I really like this house, some renovations to be done, but that just about goes whenever you buy a house, some changes to be done. It's cute and cozy, the garden is absolutely beautiful. Someone will be really happy to have home.

A lot of house, with a lovely spacious garden & views. Very good for the price I think. The only negative is the small kitchen IMO.

No it is not on a main road, the noise you can hear is from the voice overs I carry out in the office which is on a main road. The price is low like many properties in Normandy. If you go to our website under 'news' you will find various articles one of which explains, in our view, why house prices are cheap compared to many other countries. Thank you for watching!

The Fees are nearly as much as the house that’s ridiculous ……😮

The Agency fees are included in the price which amount to 9,000 the house is 120,000 which is not the same amount as the house. Notaires fees are in addition to this amount. Fees are paid by the purchaser and not the vendor. This is standard in France and the cost of housing, in this area, is far lower than many countries. Thank you for watching.
