A wonderful property - delightful family friendly feeling & lots of space. Love it ! Could move right in & be happy ! Just that one upper level open plan bathroom would have to change, but that's just a personal preference thing ! I guess the British cushion tells us who owns it ?
This place is marvelous! It's obvious that the home owners know how to decorate and they have certainly done a wonderful job with show casing this home. Each room is wonderful in it's own way and the whole place just seems to shout out it's coziness and comfort.
Beautiful home look very comfortable andyet a little elegance about it, and the taste is much like my own in many ways. It needs the small lights around in small ways through out, and gives it such peronsality. Brightetnes it up. The panctry area was such a great addition to haveyour laundry and dish waser and much storage off he kitchen area was great. Such nice property and being fenced in as well,. A great beginning for your flowers and bushes, so this is a great plus. Lots of parking rroom and storage once they have it cleaned totally out, in the storage area outside, it still looks so much nicer and gives people the idea of how much more room is there, and for what they need to store. The land being a 1/2 acre, gives you plenty of area to enjoy and such privacy, and yet not so much work to do, to keep it up. Reallydo like it and once in home you get a better idea of where you need to go with it and if anything would need to be changed, or not right away and can move in soon after purchase,ccd perhaps with just some good cleaning, as everyone would want to do with any home. . .
Very large property. Beautiful grounds. Are there any blueprints of layout ? The walk thru was very incoherent. It is very hard to determine the layout of baths in relation to bedrooms. Not sure if it was a layout issue. Master suite is a bit awkward. the open bath is a big turn-off. Enclosing shouldn't be an issue if you can add a window, but the stairs up is not advantages. The price probably reflects these, but an in person visut is absolutely necessary here.
