A lot of house & garden for the price - a great buy - lots of work to improve, but it looks solid & dry. Basement is a big plus, and the attic could likely be made into rooms too if desired. Definitely this would be on my list if I were buying - thank you - !
Did you get a new camera operator? Swinging the camera around and pointing it at the floor, there was less than 30 seconds spent in each room. Certainly not time enough to figure out room height, dimensions or number of windows.
Standing in the middle of a room and spinning is never a great idea for videos. The less camera movement the better. Back into a room. But find a way to smooth out the movement of the camera.
@@ibenglish If I am doing something wrong at work, I want to here about it right away. Don't presume that she doesn't. He videos would improve, her subscriber base would go up. There is no downside to getting better.
