This is another fantastic home. So cute and nice sixed grounds and the yard is nicely finished with flowers and hydrangeas can be the easiest to maintain. the bedroms wer fine and love the idea of having three bathrooms, so needed for those with family and especialy at least one downstairs as well ( and with shower) and one up. The conservatory is lovely and always perfect to have! The terrace is a great feature as well. No matter which mood you are in or what the weather, you are set to sort of be out and covered nicely, tucked with roof and glass around you if needed ,or wanted ,and yet outside when wanted ,and not too far off the grounds of your own home, if this is what you feel like at that time. Barbeques an nice family parties can happen there and with games further in back area for those who would like to really get out , and be in the elements and more active! In utility room does look like they have a' washer and dryer,' but it says that ther is "hook ups for both so wondered if it means evidently the washer and dryer shown, are not staying? Think over head lights may need to be questioned for each room, at time of purchasing as well? So nice to have both washer and dryer in your home ,if possible, of course. On warm days one can use a line , to dry clothes, but having it inside is just so much more handy and if raining, a must for dryer anyway. I 'think' i saw one of each , (In utility room) but was not sure? A fantastic feature too is the fact it is hooked up to the "mains" meaning it is hooked up with village water. Do nto need to worry about a well going dry! This is a help too. This truly is a darling home for sure! It has so much of needed space(Not sure outside just how much, but it looks like alot anyway , but not over sized) and it is placed well together , in right areas. Could imagine how much time could be taken in the conservatory.. such a nice added touch! Feeling outside even when you cannot find enough time to go out! lol Thank you!

Again you could not find a place like this anywhere in UK for that price - a fabulous buy IMO !
