This band would probably be one of my new favorite bands if the singer could just tone it down with the whole ‘lead singer’ ego stuff. This band has big distillars type vibes and that band rules- but this singer can still be a bad ass chick without the whole “look at me 😏” chick attitude. like sure, do your thing- but her energy is a little too much and what she sings about and how she acts is just a bit too cringey for me. But hopefully she’ll figure it out. Im not trying to talk shit about this band because they are super talented, its just personally i cant handle the singer at certain parts and the lyrics that she chooses for her songs. I hope this band gets signed to fat wreck or epitaph some day- but the singer needs to chill ❤.

@@bluesjasonb you can still give it your all while not going completely overboard with your personality. its just there’s a way to be brought up in a music scene and when you act like hot shit before you make a name for yourself it doesnt look good on yourself. Its about reserving that energy for bigger crowds and using video sessions/smaller crowds for practice. Its not about how to make the band look big, but how the band works big. Its as simple as that…
