The viscosity of engine oil it depends upon the location atmosphere and season if it is rajasthan then 10w 40 viscosity for scooter and bike 10w 50. In Mumbai for scooter 10w 30 is best and bike 10w 40. In my Suzuki burgeman bs6 top end model Riya Suzuki Service centre DOMBIVALI MUMBAI they always using Ecstar R5000 10w 30 Mineral Engine oil and few continues running the burgeman engine power is getting smooth and less vibration. So viscosity of engine oil for 🚲and scooter is always depends upon location atmosphere.
Kiya Bhai idemitsu ka naam nahi suna. LOL Bhai ECSTAR oil sahi hai but 2500km chalta hai bss same as Motul Scooter LE mene 3000km use karke drain kara to sirf 400ml oil nikla 700ml main se. Then mene Veedol Take off 4s use kiya jo 3500 km chala 700ml main se 600ml oil drain hua aur cost bhi kam ₹250
But Bhai ye oil maine mere Burgman street mein dala to bilkul oil level kam nhi hua or smoothness bhi achhi thi 4000 km run bhi kiya or 750 Ml mese 600 ml oil drain hua R5000 is the best value for money engine oil according to me
What a rubbish feedback! Firstly brother plz improve ur base level knowledge of engine oils and how it functions- 1. U r talking about 10W40 4T MA2, which is purely made for only motorcycles and not for scooters like Access and Burgman, so if u hv used in ur access, god bless ur scooter engine! Advice- always check and use OEM recommended engine oils and for scooters plz do check the code- MB before purchasing. 2. You are talking about levels of engine oil which as per you get drained by few ML, brother don't you think while starting the engine or running the vehicle, engine consumes little bit of engine oil so that they can work to keep ur engine away from wear and tear? 3. About IDEMITSU LUBE INDIA- You better search on google, its Japanese company and it is more than 100 years old company and has 100% engine oil market share in TOYOTA and HONDA. To make u understand in simple language- any Honda or Toyota car which is coming out of their plant has Idemitsu Engine oil. In India they have manufacturing plant in Mumbai. Ever heard about Idemitsu Honda talent cup? I am sure u have not! 1. Read the owner manuel of access 125 the company recommended is Ma not mb oils 2. Yes bro every engine consumed some amount of oil but as the Harsh Motoworld says that r9000 is consumed around 300 ml of oil in just 2500 km is that normal. 3. And about idemitsu oil i recently top up this oil in my Burgman and i can say that this oil is worst oil i have used in my life. I drain the oil in just 400 km engine sounds like 7 years old but my Burgman is only 1.5 Years old definitely not recommend
@Abhineet Kumar Yes MB grade is specifically for Dry clutch engines like scooters,but the thing is MA & MA2 is processed for wet cluch so that MA/MA2 got better engine cleansing additives which is really essential for Motorcycles but if you use MA/MA2 grade on scooters there is no issues what so ever,but you cannot use MB grade for motorcycles since it doesn't have any additives for wet clutch vehicles.....Brands like Suzuki & TVS specifically recommends MA/MA2 engine oils for their scooters there is no issues
