Better to replace tensioner assy. Replacing only bearing will not last longer. Needs to press the bearing carefully and a little mistake will shorten the life of the bearing.
The Suzuki service manual says the radiator has to be removed, for access, which isn't easy on an automatic Jimny as you will be leaking ATF and coolant at the same time. Just removing the radiator shroud helps a bit.
