Bought one for my C109 after son put one on his C50. There are differences in mounting. But it IS doable with some Disney engineering. The green tabs will be the ONLY mounting, you need 2 1/4" spacers, 2. 3/4 "- 1" bolts and nylon nuts. Tighten securely. Do not install the spring adjuster, it won't be needed. I Also had to bend the bottom of my chrome ring for tilt clearance. I also added 9/16 urethane foam weather strip to the ring to close off the gap and help keep water out.
2004 Suzuki Intruder VL1500LC 7" adapter needed... Thank you!! There are many people out here that would like to buy something of the animal. But, the production lines seem to be catering to Harley Davidson.... Help us in the 🇺🇸.... Thank you
This is amazing! However, why not make it as affordable as the other adapters? I have a 2001 Kawasaki Vulcan 1500, and THIS is the only way to make the led light fit, but at $105 is almost twice as expensive than the whole set of headlight and fog lights ($60) it doesn’t make sense. All I can find is the other adapter for $20 but that doesn’t fit. I’m stuck.
Hi Dan, We have worked as hard as possible to make this adapter as affordable as it is. We stand by the quality of our product and will not cheap out on quality to save a few bucks. If you do decide to try our product you will not be disappointed. If you have any questions we are here to help. Thanks and ride safe!
@@davidhamilton2671 Hi David, there are a lot of aspects that go into designing and making a product like this that drive cost. Since we are a small company we cannot mass produce this part like how headlights are made.
Hello, I have not tried the adapter with this motorcycle. It does look like it could work. I will test this out and let you know. Please give a few weeks.
I’m about to buy this adapter I’m just wanting to know with the 2007 Suzuki Boulevard C50. Will any aftermarket led fit with the adapter? I just Tony want to be stuck too high to where I can’t get enough light on the road to see at night or early morning.
Hello, Most 7in LED headlights will work with this adapter including ones on our site. We have a LED search guide that will step you through what to look for if you buy a light from a 3rd party source.
Hello, The headlight and wiring in the headlight bucket should be water tight. Water can potentially get in the bucket with the stock setup as well. We have never heard of this being an issue with our current customers.
Do you an adapter for a 99 Suzuki Intruder 1500? I took my headlight apart to take a better look at it and mine has 2 adjustment brackets, opposite sides of each other....
Hello Reginald, This product has been replaced by our 7in model 2 adapter that will cover all motorcycles and then some. Please visit our website. Www.nextlvlinnovation.com and enter your motorcycle information.
I can't see at night without bright on. Thinking about this lamp but it looked like there is a gap between lamp and ring, is there or does it just look that way? Good vidio, your instruction has to be easier to understand than the stuff that comes with the light.
It fits nice but when I adjust the screw tighter it just moved the headlight higher up I need it more down to light the road. Also stock light has 2 adjustment screws?? This supports one 1
Hi Corey, The adjustment screw does not need to be tightened all the way. Adjust the screw so that the headlight is pointing in the direction you need it to be (loosen). The second adjustment screw was for left to right adjustment which is needed for halogen lights. LED lights give off an even side-to-side projection due to the lens. I hope this helps
Hi, Is it possible for you to send us images of the headlight assembly and bucket? We would need to see what the current bracket looks like. Info@nextlvlinnovation.com
Hello, Unfortunately this adapter will not fit the M50 (VZ800) motorcycle. We are currently working on other solutions and should be released sometime this year.
Hi Dave, This comes with the adapter and hardware. The light is sold separately and there are many 7in options out there that fit your style. This adapter will only fit the Volousia VL800 K5 model. I'd recommend going to our website for more information and documents. You can also purchase the adapter there. Www.nextlvlinnovation.com/simba
2006 Boulevard C90T. Replacing the main headlight with 7" halo using one of your adapters but i would also like to do the same with the auxiliary lights on the lightbar. Is an adapter needed to replace the auxiliary lights as well?
Nice Video and the kit looks like good quality. I wonder if there is any kit like this, that fits to the original lamphousing for a Suzuki VL 1500? I didn't find anything yet, but I'd really like to upgrade the light. The H4 bulb doesn't give the best light, eventhough I bought one of the brightest ones on marked...😬
Hi Sam, thank you very much! This adapter will fit your 2015 C50 VL800 and more information can be found here: Www.nextlvlinnovation.com. It is possible to do a future longevity review. I think it would have to be the 1 to 2 year mark since these parts are all metal and powder coated to protect against the environment so not much will change if any.
Hi William, Please take a look at the documentation on our website for the 5.75 adapter that we sell. We have not tried this adapter with your bike before but it looks like it could work. Www.nextlvlinnovation.com/shylah
Jeff, More information can be found on our website. Www.nextlvlinnovation.com. look for the 7in adapter under products. We also have documentation that can be helpful.
Hello, Here is the link to the adapter that will fit your motorcycle. It should be available this weekend. We are also having a Labor day sale! Www.nextlvlinnovation.com/7m2
No you don't bro. The intruder ended in 2005 and became the blvd.C50/C90. The C50 is 800cc and the C90 is 1500cc. There is no such thing as an 06 suzuki intruder 1400 😢😢 that's probably why you can't find a light for it 🤷♂️
You can find this adapter on our website under 7in Model 1. The 7in Model 2 can also accommodate newer and older C50 and C90 motorcycles. Www.nextlvlinnovation.com
The lamp was on a soft leather cover and is one of our demo lights used for installation and testing purposes. A full LED headlight setup gives the bike a nice look and a better light dispersion than LED bulbs.
Hi Steven, Please visit our website below and take a look at the documentation as well. Let us know if you need any help. www.nextlvlinnovation.com/simba
So I just recently bought the headlight off eBay and didn’t know I needed a conversion kit to install the headlight. Where can I find just the conversion kit and know I’m not just paying for a picture and hoping I get everything?
Please visit our website Www.nextlvlinnovation.com. Everything is gaurenteed with money back. You can also go through our eBay page if you prefer that platform.
@@nextlvlinnovation thank you for the speedy reply. SEEMS EXPENSIVE? LOL no no, my friend it's a total A** RAM. the entire thing should NOT cost more then $50 if it's made in the USA. if it comes from someplace like China or Korea $25 tops. the front plate is what 18ga cold rolled. the back plate it 1/8" Aluminum. a good laser cutter can pump out dozens of these a day. throw in a few misc pieces and screws. drop all in a box. ready for shipping. the very least it should include a LED headlight.. you can pick them up for less than $40. and yes they are all about the same they are all made in China..mostly at the same factory. the $200 light and the $40,,made in the same place.
Hi Fred, this is the best solution on the market that allows customers to put a complete LED headlight solution in their stock setup with vertical adjustment. When replacing a halogen bulb with an LED one in the same halogen reflective bucket it will not produce an even light dispersion. You will also not get as much light output. On top of it all you get that customized LED headlight look.
let me save all you Suzuki SV650 owners that want to change over to a LED headlight a few BUCKS. I also wanted to change to a LED headlight(with a halo ring) but could NOT find a adapter or bracket that would work. I found this on Amazon www.amazon.com/gp/product/B088LY5MYP/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_image_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 . it's a headlight bucket,, but you can mount the LED headlight in the INCLUDED bracket and put that in the original SUZUKI headlight bucket. you don't need the bucket or the faceplate from the item. FIT PERFECTLY. and it cost about half the price. plus you only have to wait a few days for it to arrive. or you could just use the entire NEW bucket. your call on that. don't go cheap on the bucket, you need to get the METAL one with the bracket included.
Hello, This 7in headlight should work in this adapter. The main things to look for are the 3 keys located on the back side of the headlight. We have a document on our website that goes over what to look for. You can send this to the light manufacturer to make sure. Www.nextlvlinnovation.com/simba
I would think the front bezel would be able to clamp onto the new led light but to keep it positioned you may need to drill into the heatsink fins and attach with a bolt.
