I wasn't impressed with the quality of parts coming from India so I took a hardened Allen head bolt filed the threads off the end sanded it nice and smooth until it was a good fit in the slot, and it worked way better than the one I got from India. You can also get better quality rubber bushings you can get ones made from urethane and you can get once made from brass to really firm up the shift feel,
