Guy has two of my many dream bikes....Love seeing old SRAD getting the love it deserves and i dont know for the rest of the world but them TLRs are very very rare in Bosnia where I live and neighbouring countries. Great collection 🙂
Thanks for the comment! 😁🤙🏽 The TLR is getting more rare here in the UK too, particularly for nice condition original examples. It’s such a great bike to ride though, I love it.. and you can’t beat that classic blue/white Suzuki paint 😎 Thanks again for the comment all the way from Bosnia, much appreciated!😊🙏🏽
@@jamieteal2107Definitely do it, they are amazing value for money bikes.. Good ones are getting rarer too, so prices are sure to climb at some point 👍🏼
Thanks mate, I am a bit of a polisher.. I am in the process of dismantling brakes, rear sets and all bolts & screws to either polish or replace with stainless steel. It's the little details that add up to making the difference 👌 Both great Suzuki's as well 😁
I had a TLR. Loved that fat girl. Had so much fun riding with the boys in the mountains. I would catch them in every corner and lose them on the long straights.😊
I know, right! They are brilliant bikes still, especially the noise these things make.. I had an Aprilia RSV Factory previous, and a Ducati 916, but it’s the big TLR i prefer. Says a lot about the bike.. Cheers for commenting 😎👊🏼
Cheers mate, afraid not.. I only purchased it earlier this year after looking at so many. It’s a keeper. Cheers for the comment though, much appreciated 👍🏼😁
Thanks MBs.. I'm a sucker for the classic Suzuki blue/white paint schemes 😊👍 The TL-R is heavier, around 15-20kg but it's not too bad.. It's steering is heavier, but you adapt pretty easily. I love them both as they have their own characteristics. Appreciate the comment 👍
@@motorcyclebrothersThe TLR is lighter at 434Ibs dry.. The ZX9R was always a bit heavy, which hindered its comparison to the Fireblade & R1 of the day.. but it always had that incredible engine that punched way above its weight! My ZX12R is like it’s pumped up brother 😄💪
