SVC occlusion crossed with Outback Device 

This lady had an occluded SVC and needed a line for TPN. I wanted to avoid a femoral line and decided to try to cross the SVC occlusion from above then below ultimately using the outback device to cross into the upper SVC/lower internal jugular vein.
