I find it funny how a company that was founded on strength , courage , and grit ..is now COMPLETELY sissified .. I find it sad too..

Diversity is already established. however, diversity of outcome may well erode safety factors in a business like this. It is ESSENTIAL that the Correctly qualified and experienced people come first! if that means there are not enough black,.. lesbian,...Muslem women,... WITH disabilities', applying for the role, then, THE BEST QUALIFIED should come first in the name of safety. Am I wrong?
