Hi. Thanks for the tip. Why do you think that works? I am not saying it does not but maybe there is a pattern that nature likes which is love for symmetry. The more symmetry we create with absolute geometrical like patterns with the things around us, the easier it is for prana to move around. I don't know.

Happy pentecoste! Always good helpful videos from Sadhguru here to make our life better ! The chakras implanted in humans from the Anunnaki , Shiva was an anunnaki, but one of the good who told a few people how to awake your godlike energies. Many of these ancrient scripts are lost or hidden for the public. That is so sad, it's everyones human right to become like god, to awaken his kundalini and unlock all of his chakras. Why should that be dangerous when it is implanted in all humans? But not forget you will not become like the supreme beings like the anunnaki, yes you will become godlike have more abilities then average other person , but you will not become powerful as an anunnaki. I missing a good practical guide how to unlock these chakras I think meditation or visualizing alone will not unlock them , I not found any practice guide on the web so thes eancient scripts are hidden for the public mass, what they have to hide? (vatica, museum, elitist, politicians, religions cult leaders)? Mass control? Please Sadguru give us these secret techniques, practises to unlock all chakras ! Have happy pentecoste !

I unlocked a portion of swadhishthana/sacral chakra through mushrooms and dry fasting while meditating on sexual energy (by accident). Since then I can enter a state of reverberating energy from the sacral chakra within a few seconds of focusing on it. Sadhguru's explanation revealed my fear of going too far with it and losing myself, so that was interesting...
