Hi Dears, I have enjoyed your podcast from day 1, it's super cute. I understand that you want things to be light and fun. However choosing to highlight celebrities like drake/kendrik and the met gala is disappointing. Did you know that during the met gala, was israel's attack on the last refugee strip in Gaza? I believe that everyone who posses a platform is responsible of how they use that platform. We are now in a dystopian era where we perpetuating celebrities and social media influencers and focus on them rather than what we should be focusing on. The human catastrophe that we are all part of. I understand that it is easier to ignore what is happening because it is so unbearable, heavy and dark. But there are so many creative ways you can discuss this. The emotions that we go through witnessing such atrocities, charities we can support, artists, filmmakers, shows and etc. I hope that you don't continue to blatantly ignore what is happening and talk about it in various ways. I see a lot of khaleejis are not acknowledging any of this because it lowers their viewership and they might lose deals and etc etc. I hope that you are not the same.
