I've just realised it's Aleah's necklace in the ring of torches at the end of the video... this just killed me. Patiently waiting for my copy to arrive now so that I can cry some more.

I found these guys on accident a few months ago on Spotify on a random metal playlist that I was just browsing because I was bored. And I'm glad I did. They are an amazing band that needs more recognition as well as When A Shadow Is Forced Into the Light is a masterpiece.

Jaani Peuhu added so much to the band. I absolutely love his solo works and Iconcrash, and never thought he'd fit so well with Sawllow The Sun.

Century media has made an excellent move by signing these guys. I used to be a huge fan of Century Media back in Mitch Lucker days. They had all the bands I loved hearing. And now it is happening again. Swallow the Sun is going to be huge.

For me, there's never a bad song. I love this band so much. Can't wait for the new album... The scene at the end with Aleah’s necklace tugged at my heart strings.

This album truly is not for the faint hearted. I almost could not make it to the end. Lyrics are crushingly hard, I mean, death has never taken someone I loved. But I am dead to someone who I truly loved, so I lost her forever. That feeling to loose someone so close to you is one of the worst, if not the worst feeling someone can ever feel. And this album just splatters it out to your face.

One of the few albums I've ever heard where an extraordinarily heavy band went mostly softer and I enjoyed it just about as much as the rest of their material. I see good things happening to these guys because of this.

No idea who these guys are.....yet. For everyone that gives thumbs up and praises for songs/bands that play loud and fast while screaming and growling indecipherable nonsense the whole time, THIS IS HOW ITS SUPPOSED TO BE DONE. Great music is like a book or movie where the climax hits you with EVERYTHING it's got. Huge thumbs up for doing it correctly!

They've really progressed from the on STS album I have which is the 2008 release Hope. This and the other song I've heard of their forthcoming album are super good. I love the use of more clean vocals and the increased level of musicianship.

I really love this song! STS is such an amazing band. Finland has so many great Rock/Metal bands it's pretty rad but you can probably say that for Scandinavia as a whole.

i know nothing of this band..nor heard of them...can only say..the production on this track was realy good..ominously dark and melodic and the screechy voice was done very well..allot of bands that attempt that vocal style.fail miserably because you cannot discern what they are singing,,but this guys vocals were very clear for that style...again the production on this track was stellar especially the drums...thumbs up
