I've been looking for bobby goodson for years after watching the a&e program. I grew up logging in the woods in Alabama with my dad. Miss it sooo much. This man is a true example of what a boss needs to be. I have admired him for the way he cares for his men since i first started watching him. Hats off to you bobby and Justin for the way you 2 carry yourselves. Love this man and so glad i finally found your channel. Bobby for President.

Most of my working life was in our NZFS Natives at first then latter in pines and back to the native. In all that time I debt that our boss ever showed the gratitude this chap show's for his men. A few of the contractor boss could learn a hell of a lot more if they stopped and watched this chap running his crews.

I've been praying for you all through your experience on tour job site. You remind me of my dad. He was a hard worker. And never stopped getting things to work and keep working. I take my hat off to how hard you work.. and that yummy steak.. I hope those tricks keep your going.. and hope your worker that bought a boat enjoys it..couldn't believe all the hurricane damage... 1,000,000 miles on a truck wow . That's impressive... I will pray for your team today that those pests yellow fly leave you in peace.. dear lord here my voice and please hear my pray for the longing boys away from loved ones and working hard so as to put food on there families tables. My grandpa log all his life with mules an later with equipment I have heard him say a thousand times it was a fine line between tough and stupid he was one of the toughest men I have ever known good mules. And good trucks make sense god bless and be safe

Hey Bobby. It's great to see everyone doing so well. Looks kinda dry down there. We have been having a lot of rain up here in New York. I got some great news yesterday. My cancer is still in remission. The Doctor is happy with my results but not as happy as me. Keep safe my friend and God bless you all.

I really enjoyed your old show,and hated that it got canceled. I am also an Eastern N.C native(Beaufort county,about 20 miles east of "little"Washington, in Bath,N.C.) Most people have no idea what it's like to work in the log woods, or the dedication and love of the job that most loggers have. Most people think they have it bad,when they need to work an extra hour,at their 9 to 5 job! Meanwhile, a logger leaves home at 4:30-5:00 every morning, and doesn't get home until 7:00 p.m. or later! I hope yall enjoyed the "tennis shoe logging" while it lasted! Idk about where you are at now, but it's been raining like a cow pissing on a flat rock around here! Keep the videos coming,and if you ever need an experienced operator, that is also a certified heavy equipment technician, message me at Northside mechanical service, on Facebook!

i am a hard working son of a gun all my life, I am 51 years old, I have labored, operated my whole life, cross country pipeline, 150-250 miles 24"-46" pipe through the mountains etc, Heavy Highway, underground, site work clearing, grading you name it. This owner I would work for in a heart beat! He seems like a good honest man, at the end of the day all I care about is as a team we did the very best we could and can't wait to get after it the next day, God bless you, I know what you are up agents and it aint easy. When I first went to work at 18 the man that checked my hearing told me I had great hearing and to wear hearing protection.i started with cotton ear protection and ending with foam. I saw that man right before he died and thank him for telling Me to always wear it. I was lucky to have kept good hearing where a lot of people I worked with now wear hearing aids. Went your young you don’t thing you will be 65 one day. God bless that safety man for telling me that so long ago. I hope booby’s crew always wear their hearing protect around their chainsaws and impacts. God bless.

Hi bobby it’s Norm again I really like the way you treat the guys as a team ya there can be rough spots but there is in any work as I told you before was a heavy Duty X cat mechanic worked for my self with my Daughter she also was a mechanic was great she is a small thing fit in all the tuff spots till I got ALS and we shut down sound dumb but I took up sewing HD tool vests that mechanic would load all the pouches with tools then put vest on go in to what he had to fix take vest off lay it out and use as a tool box after put it on and walk out of the bush was just a idea that I played with thinking back to when I was in the field it started picking up and I now able to cover the cost of my meds just my meds are 800 per month to keep going like you with your new trucks you tried it and you got production up way to go bud keep up the great job of looking after your crew. Norm
