What was the clip that was being used and do you find the action is changed compared to when tying a loop knot

That’s one of the Decoy spiral snaps, which we have found very effective for changing lures constantly and they compromising the action of the lure at all. The fish don’t seem to have a problem with it either 😉

A Zipbaits Rigge 56SP, which is a diving suspending minnow

A section of flats in the middle reaches. The great thing about flathead is that you can get them everywhere from the harbour right up to Guildford, and specific areas aren't really as crucial to your success.
