so we're swapping my phone screen time for reading books this week because i'm actually addicted!! guys this strated off so well but the obsession took over towards the end, i stg i need help 😮‍💨 i really need to stop mindlessly scrolling through tiktok and instagram so much, it's a bad habit :// so hopefully this will help me read more books and also improve my mental health by not spending so much time on social media 🤞🏼 i got this idea from Jack Edwards and The Book Leo so go watch theirs too for more inspo 💌

ahh the relief when you were embarrassed by your screen time & it was actually a high number lmaoo I swear I've heard so many people big up their awful screen times & it's like less than 2 hours 😭 which like amazing, but lets be real sis we've all had those rough 11 / 12 hr days 😅

My screen time used to be 14/15h just on my phone. Right now it‘s about 7h on my phone and on my iPad but I use my iPad for school sometimes or to have something in the background while reading or I use both at the same time so I don‘t really count that. It‘s still a lot but it‘s only the half of what it used to be. I am trying to get it down even more and not use all of my free time on my phone. I hope to get it to 2-3h a day

What a great idea! Not long ago, I realized I was addicted to my phone. And like you, I love reading, so I'm gonna try to swap my screen time to some quality reading time. the way I was expecting your screentime to be way higher than 5 hours and then having 11hours for quaratine because my average can get up to 15 or 16 hours on a normal day XD Really just makes me question how I manage to also do uni work and read as well .....
