"My aunt carved her path in life. She didn't follow anyone's terms, and that is one of the things I admire about her." - Swati Dlamini-Mandela Tune into Newzroom Afrika, DSTV channel405 for more. #Newzroom405
She sacrificed her childhood for the black people of this country...... Its sad to hear people question her contribution when she and her family lived for us during the apartheid regime. WE HAVE LOST A LIFE SHAME. 🕊️
Are you serious with your question? Where have you been all this time? She was the youngest daughter of Nelson and Winnie Mandela. She, alongside her mother and sister kept the flame of the fight against apartheid alive. She was young, resilient, very brave, eloquent, fearless and spoke in assemblies demanding change, reminding people about Madiba and other comrades being unfairly imprisonned. This woman was a heroine in her own right. She struggled to have an education and was excluded from many schools because of who she was. At a very young age, she was forced to grow beyond her age, risking her life and sacrificing her childhood so that South-African will be freed from opression. This woman was the sculpture of her parents, somebody South-Africa can never forget, cos she is part of the history of that country. She also served her country abroad as a diplomat. She was blessed to have been born a Mandela.
There were times of great injustice. I knew it then and I know it now.still. Zinzi overcame and God bless her. RIP.. Izenzo zabazali bakhe zazikhona ngezikhathi zabo. Bengiyingxenye yalezozikhathi, kodwa bengingathuli ngokungabi nabulungiswa. Unina wayephutha kakhulu. Wayengabekezeleli.
