The video was so amazing and made so much sense to me I was actually having fun watching this and learning about everything, it feels like a bunch of other reactors are nitpicking a lot of the things in the video being useless but if he didn’t mention it he would be slandered for not mentioned it. It’s like nobody truthfully paid attention to the video and it’s entirety

Agreed especially when things like doxing and stalking came into play, mentioned in his long tweets about it, dream probably just didn't want to cause any further conversation about it but I do hope he personally knows that a portion of the responsibility is on quackity for completely ignoring him and even qsmp members who tried to reach out to clear up the situation. I think he knows quackity will never say anything or own up so wanted to have it out there that he was sorry on his side.
I mean sometimes when you are upset it's better to not talk to the said person you are upset at, quackitys awesome so I think he was more sadden by the fact that dream did the same/similar thing he was going to do. Seriously. I get not wanting to speak to someone you don't consider a friend anymore, but come on! Yeah, Dream probably shouldn't have gone public about it all, but I can totally understand why he thought he needed to do that. It was scary. What he did was basically a cry for help! And Quackity didn't answer. He owed him _something_ , ANYTHING. For their past friendship or maybe just to be a good person? He didn't have to mention Dream's name at all, he didn't have to speak to him - just denounce anyone in his fanbase spreading hate/harassment/doxxing and let them know he doesn't tolerate that kind of behavior at all. But instead, he COMPLETELY ignores him and everything that was happening and just said how great his fans were. So the stans kept doing it! It doesn't matter who it's to, I cannot imagine sitting back and turning a blind eye to how your fans (stans) were acting. If it really was all over a Minecraft server, that might be one of the most immature things I've ever seen. Either way, inaction is action, and it was wrong for Q to give Dream and his family literally nothing - personal feelings aside. Quackity and his team have done great things with the QSMP. It's brought a lot of people together, and the server has some of my favorite people on it (Tina, Foolish, Bad, Tubbo). Q was one of my favorite online creators, but I cannot in good faith continue to look at him like I used to. I just can't. I've lost a massive amount of respect for him that I don't think can be re-earned. Both of them messed up in their own ways, but Dream stepped back, canceled the USMP, took all of the punches, tried to make amends, apologized to Quackity, continues to compliment and respect him...and Q gives him nothing. It's very telling indeed. I miss what they used to be. Their videos and streams together gave me so much joy. (From the comment above, it seems this is not the only ghosting occurrence. Some of the things he spoke about is bats**t crazy. All the negative impact on innocent family members, friends and members of the community, it's unreal. I am truly heartbroken, because no one, no matter what the allegation is, should have to suffer through this. This isn't the court of twitter, there's a real life justice system for this. And I just love the guy for doing the right thing and each time putting the focus back on REAL VICTIMS, people who may not get the required attention from the law enforcement or not be believed in the future because of the fake allegations made in the public space. Yes for the older viewers! I started watching Dream when I was 29 - 30. The manhunts were fun and interesting, not as childish as a lot of the minecraft content I saw around.

I understand people hating on him due to these allegations, with the mindset of not knowing what's true with so much going on. However, after going through everything. People (mostly on twitter) did not care that he posted this video, and they did not care about actual victims with similar circumstances, the only thing they cared about what cancelling dream, and continue to hate on him and this video without even sitting down and watching it.

This is insane, as someone who was groomed and sexually harassed by multiple people I would go as far as to even say r*ped by one of them and sexually assaulted these allegations are horrific! People’s responses and reactions to these allegations is terrifying… this is why i didn’t speak up about my boss inquiring about my sex life with a minor present and participating in the conversation… the social aspect is completely different than taking someone to court.

Nate I feel like you don’t know what the word Stan means or actually almost everyone. Stan is a mix of Stalker and Fan so a Stalker Fan. This term came from Eminem song stan as you can see is a VERY obsessed stalker who got tattoos of him, has a fantasy of him dating Eminem and even killed his pregnant wife because of it. A lot of people call them selves Stan’s of someone and I just find using that as a term of being a fan strange.

No offense or anything but Quackity owes nothing to Dream, quackity has never called dream his “best friend” nor did they spend a lot of time together on the dsmp (compared to the overall time spent between everyone). Dream also said quackity speaking in spanish was him putting a curse/spell on him (negative) so with minor things building up about how dream talked about quackity’s character. It isn’t a surprise that after everything, they did their own things and projects, he just simply didnt want to talk to and collaborate with him anymore. Its not quackity’s fault that dream kept bringing up things about the translation feature of their new smp’s. Nor did he owe it to dream to respond. They were acquaintances. Not best friends, not even friends.
