Peter Wildoer was such a big influence for me when I started playing drums. I definitely stole from him those fills with two rides/bells and bass drum playing 16th notes in unison.
@@sikkis4007 Peter is full of fun facts. 😂 He apparently also played a big part in getting Meshuggah's long term bass player Dick Lövgren to join the band back in 2004. We're all Meshuggah geeks in one way or another at this camp. 😂
Damn that's cool! Speaking of 2004, I bought Nothing album then at age of 13 and was obsessed to figure out, what the hell was that chaos all about. I listened to Rational Gaze in short parts and copied Tomas's drums on midi. I will never forget the moment I realized that IT'S ALL IN FUCKIN 4/4!!!! 😂 It's safe to say that I'm also a Meshuggah geek haha. Anyway, I wish I could be there at the camp. Are you gonna film it (or parts of it) so I could watch it later from somewhere?
