250g Dark chocolate
Set aside 50g of chocolate
100g Walnut
140g Unsalted butter
Mix until butter is loosened at low speed (About 10 seconds)
55g White sugar
mix until sugar is not visible(About 10 seconds)
140g Dark brown sugar
mix until Dark brown sugar is not visible(About 20 seconds)
1 Egg
1egg yolk
Beat the eggs until they are absorbed into the butter(About 30 seconds)
About 15 seconds
3g Salt (1/2 TSP)
3g Vanilla extract (1/2 TSP)
Please finish it in 20 seconds
The texture of the cookies changes depending on the whipping time.
140g All purpose flour
120g Cake flour
5g Corn starch
4g Baking soda
Mix all the powder well
When the flour is mixed about 2/3, add the minced chocolate and walnuts and mix
Refrigerate for 30 minutes
85g~90g
Bake at 200℃ for 12 minutes
Let cool in a baking pan for 10 minutes
