Saw that one first. Another good run, and obviously with the warlock arc is about the only choice to keep pesky adds at bay and helps to damage champs as well. In a less-difficult version of this strike thundercrash has been my go-to just for the ability to smack the boss at the end. Very satisfying! Chaos reach is maybe less effective but also safer to use. For a GM though t-crash is way too risky and your choice here is far better for staying alive while still having a damned good super.
I love this GM! It's probably my favorite since they took Hollowed Lair away. I just love the add density. The way it plays isn't frustrating or annoying like some others. I don't even mind the health gates on the boss. I finished it on Chaos the other day, first time I've soloed a GM on Chaos. Oh & I used Queenbreaker of all things lol
This was hilarious! Meme-ing the GMs with SB. Now there's a weapon I never thought of taking into a GM. But it worked.... for you :) I'll never forget the boss-melting show you put in with Grand Overture. That was an eye-opener for sure. And I've always thought GO was an under-rated gun. You just don't see it used anywhere. I think because it's not hit scan, people think it's too much hassle to get set up. They go for Thunderlord instead. I confess I haven't used Sweet Business in ages; it sits in my vault gathering dust. I did manage to get the cat a few seasons back, but that didn't increase my love for the gun. Sort of like the Fourth Horseman catalyst. Was glad to have it, but it's another that just takes up vault space. That scout rifle, on the other hand, is really a beast for arc shields. I have one crafted and whenever arc is needed out it comes. The DIM loadout is value added to your videos for sure. Thanks again for another master class, Professor!
I use a stasis version of this build and it’s legit the most fun I’ve had in destiny. There’s something about having nearly Infinite ammo on sweet business that’s so fun
Yeah scouts suck right now. I hate the fact that a crafted scout with explosive takes forever to drop an enemy. And they still can snipe you through direct hits to the face.
Been running a Vesper of Radius arc lock. Wondering if you think it’s OP. Made PsiOps palatable. And made this GM downright easy. Was nice not running wish ender and playing super aggressively.
I saw ATP post yh. Its op unlimited healing rifts better than the stagg atm. For small rooms that are add dense it works. Long range engagements the vesper however isn't very good. That's where you would just use chaos reach geomags
Sweet Business Titan is always a good time. People care about speed more than fun these days. There's nothing that feels better than a Titan running Sweet Business and a Machine Gun
I want the challenge back to GMs. GMs are the “thing” in this game I look forward too, and with the recent changes, GMs feel very watered down. I should not be able to clear lightblade with 2 LFGs who have never attempted it - that just doesn’t make sense. I appreciate the power level staying the same this season, but I’d honestly prefer it come back if it means I can put in the time and over level an activity, or get “day 1” ready with my light level. Kind of a tangent, but yeah, we need another 5 LLs off of GMs or something.
Btw - this rant has nothing to do with your content. You’ve always had great solo runs I enjoy watching. Just finding myself this season and last season going through the motions so-to-speak with GMs
I dont think making the barrier of entry more difficult does anything other than make people have to mindlessly wade through the slog of leveling their artifact for way too long Would be nice if there were some higher difficulty GMs mechanically tho, since the entire difficulty of a GM currently is just "more champions more health more damage"
