- 1 carrot (200g)
- 1 parsnip (200g)
- 1 parsley root (100g)
- 200g celery root
- 300g onion
- 2 capsicums
- 1 teaspoon sweet or smoked paprika (Optional)
- 1 can of chopped tomatoes
- 3 cloves of garlic
