don't know. It was an Ear Biscuits. I think they were talking about their favorite gifts or something. Rhett showed a pic of himself holding the wok. Link wanted to know why he'd never seen it. Rhett replied There was no place in the kitchen so they put it in the attic. Link nodded and said "And there it will stay"

Rhett, J Kenji Lopez (One of the best food scientists and also a great food youtuber) has a book called The Wok. It is great and filled with recipes along with information about how to use the Wok. Kenji claims it to be the most powerful method of cooking because you can cook anything in it. Cheers. Don't know if anyone will even read this.

Mine is like 14" and it's a PITA to store in a tiny apartment. 34"... can only imagine, lol. Stir fries are the most obvious usage, or using them with steamer baskets or something.

Pad Thai Gai is perfect for giant wok cooking. It's also mild enough for all tastes and the chili and peanuts can be served on the side so people can adjust it to their own taste - and avoid allergies. This was a fun More episode - I never knew cheese on apple pie was a thing until I married my american husband. It's not a thing here in Ireland.
