One of the most favorite spoon sweets, crispy, syrupy, with an excellent color and incredible taste.
A great recipe worth making.
Recipe ingredients
1 kilo Cherries
1 kilo of Sugar
2 liters of water
Juice of 4 Lemons
100 gr. Water
1 Sprig Arbaroriza
1 Vanillin
Execute recipe
Put 2 liters of water in a bowl
Juice of 3 lemons
1 kilo of cherries
Leave for 2 hours to harden
We wash them and remove the seeds with the special tool
In a saucepan, alternately put 1 kg of cherries and 1 kg of sugar in layers
Leave overnight in the fridge to let them release their juices
The next day we add 100 g. water, and boil over high heat
As soon as it boils, skim the foam off the surface with a spoon
Lower the heat and simmer for 25-30 minutes
The syrup is ready when one drop stands without spreading
If our syrup seems loose, remove the sweet and boil it
If it seems tight, add a little water and tie it again
Towards the end of the boiling, add 1 sprig of Arbororiz
1 Vanillin
Juice of 1 lemon
Shake the pot in a circle
Boil for 5 minutes, and remove from heat
Let it cool and put it in a sterilized jar
