A friend tried & failed, to teach this song to me years ago, on guitar. I gave up the guitar, but this was a song I wanted to play when I took up the ukulele. A little practice every day & after only four days it’s starting to come together. Thank you for the easy to follow lesson.

Yeeeeesss after almost a month practicing I FINALLY got the riff! Giving myself a pat on the back I’ve been so ecstatic about it! It’s my first riff I’ve learned so far but the first of many! I feel like I’ve made so much progress this year and for the next year I really want to work on bar chords and more finger style songs!

My dad is finally fixing my uke after my friend accidentally broke it! so im so happy to start playing again! Long story short she was messing with the tuning pegs(bad mistake in the first place) and tuned it so high the bridge snapped off! The pegs were the crappy friction ones so we were gonna replace them anyway😊😊😊
