Our next 80's tutorial is an intermediate level step aerobics routine to "Sweet Dreams" by The Eurythmics!
This routine is super fun and includes some Michael Jackson dance moves! The only equipment you need is a step, if you don't have one just use a yoga/floor mat or a towel.
Now, put on some leg warmers and electric blue eye shadow and let's get started! 👯♀️
