Sweet fish sauce recipe - sweet tuk trei - nuoc cham 

This dipping sauce is perfect for egg rolls, fresh spring rolls. You can also use it in a rice vermicelli salad bowl (check my previous video)
Before serving, add some minced garlic, some fresh minced chillies and some roasted peanuts.
1 tbsp of fish sauce
1 tbsp of white vinegar
1.5 tbsp of sugar
4 tbsp of water
Mix until the sugar is dissolved.
Adjust to your taste if you like it less or more sweet. You can add more water also if needed.
