I know I'm late but Mitch's chest voice at the beginning of pentatonix wasn't yet fully developed, he has even commented about how his voice used to be so low, I'd say his voice wasn't fully mature until he was around 23-24.
@@marciavieira7918 look up superfruit reactions, they react to their old performances and Mitch says how is voice is so low and also asks why it's so froggy.
