■ Cooking time: 60 minutes
■ Materials (for 4 pudding molds with a diameter of 8 cm and a height of 5 cm)
・Sweet potato: 150g
・Eggs: 2 ・Granulated sugar: 40g
・Milk: 300cc
Topping/sweet potato: 40g
・Fresh cream (8 minutes): Appropriate amount ・Black sesame seeds: Appropriate amount
■Preparation ・Peel the sweet potato.
・Cut the sweet potato for topping into 5mm squares. Place in a heat-resistant bowl, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 1 minute 30 seconds to 2 minutes.
■ How to make
1. Cut the sweet potato into round slices, soak in water for about 5 minutes to remove scum, and drain.
2. Cover with plastic wrap and heat in the microwave at 600W for 5-6 minutes. After taking it out, mash it lightly with a masher to remove the rough heat.
3. Put sweet potato, half the milk and sugar in a mixer and mix until smooth.
4. Add ③, eggs, remaining milk and vanilla essence to a bowl and mix well.
5. Pour into a heat-resistant container, cover with aluminum foil, and arrange in a vat or enamel container.
6. Pour hot water (50-60℃) to a height of 2-3 cm from the bottom of the cup.
7. Bake in an oven preheated to 160°C for 30-40 minutes. *It is okay if the pudding liquid does not stick to the bamboo skewer.
8. Complete with fresh cream, sweet potato for topping, and black sesame seeds.
