I don't know why madam. I find this cooking so calm and peaceful. Looks easy and detailed also. Can you also tell how long did it take for boiling sweet potato, initially and after adding all the sambhar powder, how much time did you take to cook further to roast? Because when I try at my house, it takes easily 1 hour for the entire process. Just clarifying if I am doing it right. Thank you for the video.
