Welcome to my channel! Today, I’ll be showing you how to make delicious Sweet Teriyaki Chicken Legs in the Instant Pot using only three simple ingredients. This recipe is perfect for busy moms looking for a quick, flavorful meal that the whole family will love. Let’s get started!
Ingredients:
• 9 chicken legs
• 1 cup sweet teriyaki sauce
• 2 teaspoons Slap Ya Mama Cajun seasoning
• A few bay leaves
Directions:
1. Prepare the Chicken Legs: Place the chicken legs in the Instant Pot.
2. Add Seasoning: Sprinkle the Slap Ya Mama Cajun seasoning evenly over the chicken legs.
3. Pour the Sauce: Pour the sweet teriyaki sauce over the seasoned chicken legs.
4. Add Bay Leaves: Place a few bay leaves on top of the chicken.
5. Cook in the Instant Pot: Close the Instant Pot lid, set the valve to the sealing position, and cook on high pressure for 15 minutes.
6. Natural Release: Once the cooking time is up, let the pressure release naturally for 10 minutes, then carefully switch the valve to the venting position to release any remaining pressure.
