“What if he were wrong” that’s what life is about man, even if we trust our parents with our lives, you still have to go out and find the answers yourself
This ending was a fantastic cliffhanger. Also great job with the props Netflix team, it made the series look very realistic and the scenery is really beautiful.
It gives a sweet taste of freedom and adventure thts the something bigger the something worth doing tht you're referring too, it's all too familiar we've seen it in pokemon and one piece so many great authors dreams ,tht we will never have IRL we don't stand a chance if we venture out to acquire tht kind of freedom, we'd be dead or behind bars before the dream even begins it's ironic
Not sure why but this scene always hits me for some reason. Such a great moment for Gus as he learns he needs to make his own path despite the danger it may hold, very well done.
just picked up the series and this scene is just wow..the song came in and Gus started running and I just sat captivated. Really excited for the remainder of the series!
Love the comics !!!! And they did an awesome job making family friendly while keeping the same story but not so graphic to where i can share one of my favorite comics with my kid's..... Now hopefully wesley dodds will show up in sandman because if not sweetooth will be possibly one of the best DC transitions...
This is known as *’crossing the threshold’* which is essential in the hero’s journey..for Gus he’s leaving his ordinary world to embark a new adventure.
this scene was awesome..Hey Channel owner you think we could get a clip in the episode where he hears music for the first time? no ones got one and i reckon that'll get a tonne of views
I watched Sweet Tooth when it first came out with my family. To be honest, I was expecting your average, slightly trashy series that you'd watch a couple episodes and then drop. I ended up loving this series far more than I expected, with it's great acting, storytelling and visuals/cinemaphotography and am very excited for season 3.
This entire scene is just... SKJBIF *_YES_* I honestly didnt know the song, but I knew the band, and this whole scene had big meaning behind it too, like learning everything else dispite parents, and going out to find things yourself
My absolute favorite scene. The best ending to an opening episode, ever, in the history of Netflix. There was no turning back for me after this first episode. My heart was bursting with so many emotions. The way he trusted Big Man enough to leave his safe haven, without knowing what was out there. Their beautiful bond started right then and there. Their chemistry was out-of-this-world ❤❤Ending of season 3 broke me. Such a good show.
Your hand is just like my dadYou know I look like you when I laugh or scream or shout or get mad or get annoying I get happy I get curious I look like you how do you get annoying when your expression is how you look annoying I also look like that when you get home OK I don’t know bye-bye bye-bye bye-bye
The first time I saw this scene i didn’t understand why but I started sobbing like an idiot. If you saw “Life is beautiful” you can see the similar topics. The innocence of a child, parents wanting to preserve such innocence and an evil, uncaring violent world.
It was the same for me. Had a kid recently, and I couldn't imagine a life without them. I feel like their "big man" a lot these days. If you have kids cherish them.
