Not a big AEW fan but really like this guy’s work, WWE really lost out by not giving this guy a good singles push… he manages to be so menacing and borderline scary with his character, and in these interviews he’s a really interesting guy to listen to, clearly well spoken and educated and cares a lot about his work!
There's some bright spots in AEW and swerve is definitely one of them..I've been loving watching him and hangman do they thang.. actually I believe they brought the best out of each other
I wish swerve would retire that double stomp off the top rope. The opponent looks like an idiot waiting in position for it and even when it “connects” it looks very fake. Expecting tonight’s dynamite match to end in a draw somehow to force a 3 way title match. Either that or page will win and they’ll complete the double-turn of page/swerve
Too bad Tony doesn’t know how to elevate anyone into stardom. My guess is Swerve will be in an odd couples tag team defending the ROH belts before the year is through.
His evolution is such a great example of a rise of a star. This guy is it. The man is getting over and he's awesome. He went from not on my list of wrestlers to top 5 maybe even top 2 wrestlers in AEW.
AEW ruined Wardlow. They have MJF on the shelf. Be careful Swerve. You're one of few true stars they have to work with. I hope you speak up with the storylines and protect your image as much as your body.
Currently nobody has a better ring walk than swerve. He has it. He has the X factor. Look in his eyes and tell how intense he is. 😊 I love him I could have met him in Clifton New Jersey when he was performing at Dingbatz

Not denying he brings a skill to the ring ,but this is wrestling not im a crime lord rapper with some gold. We all done seen some hit row, thuganomics, too cool. You want to be depicted as a thug then don't wrestle as one, be a proud wrestler like Bobo Brazil
Yes bobjimmy, I do my first comment mentions that scripted, but doesn't change the fact he was willing to portray that image on TV to children and teens and adults to see. We're talking swerve needing to develop that champion mentality and portrayal.
I don't watch AEW weekly and I know / heard of Swerve (not from NXT either) so he's doing something right. I check out his segments on RU-vid, which I do mostly for wrestling because of real life commitments. He seems super humble.
TK better hurry up February is almost over how is he going to virtue signal that arw is the the first promotion to have a black champion, when most of Us remember Junkyard Dog being the top draw in Cowboy Watts territory alot of glass ceilings were already broken AEW needs to change its name to Social Justice Wrestling🥱😴
