Swerve has something I don't think any other wrestler really has. He feels genuinely cool, and feels like he would be cool for anyone at any age. That's real special in today's wrestling landscape

It really makes me happy they put Nana with Swerve. Swerve is a main event guy waiting to happen, and Nana should have had a national spotlight as a manager 15 years ago. Things have really come together and been one of my favorite things in wrestling every week.

Actually a good take on slowing everything down and looking at every single detail that you can. There is actually a special method in psychology that helps you to develop and build your confidence. The key is that if you have an argument with someone, you need to take time and notice every single detail on your opponent: how does he look, what is he wearing and so on. After that you realise that your opponent is only a human just like you and that should bring you confidence. During a wrestling match, the crowd is basically your opponent because you need to convince them in what you are doing. And that little trick can help you Now I understand why Swerve has that much confidence

2024 = YEAR OF SWERVE

It’s wild to hear Swerve in so many interviews give credit to where/who he learned these advanced aspects of pro wrestling and it’s the best of the best HBK and now dropping that he picked stuff from Orton. This is what happens when you’re willing to learn and apply yourself. Then you can add your own bits and pass that knowledge on. Guys who don’t want to listen to the ones that came before won’t make it too far. I feel like if AEW doesn’t play their cards right this will be another star that leaves and goes to WWE. Swerve is going to be a big marquee star, wherever he goes.

I do not think I've ever seen a bad match from Swerve. He's got fantastic talen in the ring, on the mic and he's got great awareness. He needs a singles belt in AEW.

Swerve's face turn was just so organic and natural, it was just really genuine. The entrance music, NaNa, all of it just clicked! Really glad he's the AEW champion. I watch WWE for the storylines and the women's division, but it terms of pure wrestling, AEW is the place to be!

Swerve and Nana together are chef's kiss. The elevate each other in the best way possible because they both know who they are as characters. I didn't know much about Swerve prior to him coming to AEW. However, he quickly became one of my favorites. He has charisma for days and everything he does in the ring looks so real, from the actual moves, selling, and ring psychology. He is a star.

This is my guy right here. Been a massive fan of Swerve for years. He's something special and hearing the part about him reading the crowd, slowing things down.. there's levels to this game and Swerve gets it. Routing for 2024 to be his year. Would love to see him hold gold. Also Nana is a absalute treasure. What a perfect combo having him come out with Swerve.

I've watched Swerve for years and I was amazed at all of the little things he would in his own way. Transitions, or moves with a little flair, just everything. I started to realize how thought and preparation he would do before he would perform, so this interview was great to watch. ❤❤

I keep scrolling through YT and see this thumbnail and immediately have to look up the entrance and vibe 😎😂 done this shit like atleast 3 times now 😂

At times it feels like nana maybe over doing it and taking the spotlight but then I just thought "he is so confident in his team that he can do that." And it helped enhance them. Because for other wrestlers nana would be beaten up for doing things like that but he knows he has swerve, cage, and gates of agony protecting him so he is able to be annoying and have fun. Because who is going to stop him? Good luck getting to him to stop him from dancing. He planted himself in the middle with cage Infront, gates of agony on each side and swerve behind him as the Mafia boss.

So glad to see Swerve makin it big..he definitely paid his dues for years on the independent circuit as well as doin the hardcore stuff..and ya, I actually do the Swerve dance with Prince Nana when watching at home🤣🤣🤣
