Jerry, we just got one of these and we made our image a little too big so we had to stop it. The problem is we can't exit out of the program that is running to get back to the main area and the company that sold us it don't know how either. We were hoping you might know how to. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

@@jerrymaldonado2296 I just picked up this same machine yesterday. I followed your vid about uploading the design. When I hit the trace button it goes for a few seconds and beeps then back to the menu.. at no point does anything move like in your video. What do I do
