May we all take heart that our beautiful Harriet and M15 are undertaking a rebuild of their nest tree home. It’s uplifting to see the industry and teamwork of these two. Hurricane Ian took so much from so many, let the spirit of this power couple inspire everyone to rebuild their communities in due course. Thank you, Androcat, for taking the time to keep us informed. Marilyn M. Thank you for your kind words 🤗. The cranes are so cool. I see them by my brother’s place often, and at some of the farms around here. I think I have only seen them once or twice in area around the pasture though. That was a nice surprise 🙂.
Hello Androcat! What a productive morning for Harriet and M15 as they rebuild the nest. Loved the sand hill cranes. They were telling Harriet the branches were too big. I pray every day the cams come on soon. All the equipment look good to me, in my amateur opinion lol. And the pond cam is fine, I heard. My guess is they will mount that when they get power. Maybe already have, idk, lol.
Judit Orosz. We can expect to see two eggs around the third week of November, their normal laying time. And then, the littles hatch 37 +/- days after that.

Cable cannot get in until power is done working here. Hopefully I will get it soon. I miss watching the barn owls 😕.

L B. You know how much I love them too! They are so much fun to watch. To us, losing the nest is scary and worrisome. To them, it’s just building a nest and it’s what they do. With all the sticks and branches they have to choose from, the nest will be better than ever. Things are really bad here, the storm just devastated the area. Boobooks. YW for the update. I have visited a few times but do not have internet yet, so cannot load video. When the power companies finish up my neighborhood, cable can come in and get to work. I loaded this one at a friend’s, but the service is so slow right now, understandable of course, I could only load this one. H&M are such a joy to watch, and visiting them puts me in my happy place 🙂. I do have a lot of damage to my home and property, and it will just take time to fix it all. Everyone has damage, and we just wait in line. Some lost all, and it is heartbreaking to see. Homes in some areas are still under water, with the families living in shelters. We need time, and it gets better with each day. Thank you for watching, and for your kinds words. 💜

Ona Babona. YW 🙂. My current circumstances are just the recovery stage of all the damage to my home/property. I just got power back, and wait for the day cable can get in and start restoring our internet service. Our area (SWFL) has a tremendous amount of damage, and it will just take time for us to recover. Some lost everything, and it is heartbreaking to see. I am lucky, as we can still live in our home. We will get through this. Thank you for watching. 💕

@@mrsbigbug . Thank you for caring, it means the world to me. I live in an evacuation zone, and we did just that. Watching the coverage from a safe place was still terrifying, and I was worried sick for the friends and family that I knew stayed to ride it out.

This couple is unbelievable to watch we human's sure need lessons from these two how to love struggle persevere and REBUILD our lives after destruction and devastation hits us hard they are like OK lets get to work we must never give up no matter WHAT! Moving AHEAD past is behind us not easy to do but look at these TWO!
We need to give up and let go, we're blessed with such superior brain on Earth but it hurts us more than any animal and bird because we're relying on it too much and forget our hearts.

For some reason I love it when I see them walking along the ground picking up sticks! 💜🦅. It’s so interesting to see an eagles nest being built from scratch. I wish I hadn’t missed when the first and second branches were laid on the chosen nest site. Thank you for these wonderful videos!
