IMPORTANT
This video has two parts. The first part I showed you how to completely disassemble the swiffer wetjet. So changing the pump is just replacing it with the new one and installing the cables according to polarity, this is usually the case: positive cable connected to the positive pin of the pump and negative cable connected to the negative pin of the pump. I'm still waiting for the owner to send me the new pump to replace the original one because it doesn't work anymore to make the second part of the video.
About the specifications of the pump, I found it this way on the internet: RS-360 Gear water pump self-priming DC 6V-12V for spray cleaning mops MI WUXI. I recommend checking the measurements and appearance of the original pump against the new pump to make sure it is correct.

At 4:14 after removing the tube, how do you loosen the pump part (with the eject button attached)? I followed along so far but I cant remove the pump, it's still attached to the backcover.

@@anaelrgp Hey thanks for the answer but that's not what i mean. I mean that the white part (that you refer to at 7:00) is still somehow attached to the back, and I can't find a way to take it out.

@@LeMiguel72 So, you removed the screw that appears at 3:46. Then you disconnected the second half of the tube (pulling it out) as I show at 4:04 and you can't remove the white piece with the button and the pump ((like at minute 4:16?)?

@@anaelrgp Yeah I did everything including removing the tube, but the white piece is not budging. I'm not sure if I just have to brute force it out but I'm afraid I'll break something if I do.

@@LeMiguel72 Can you verify that the second half of the tube is released or loose? If the second half of the tube is fixed you will not be able to remove the white piece. After checking the second half of the tube is released, move the white piece up and down, you should feel that it is released, then take it out, taking care not to break the pump cables that are connected internally to the second half of the tube.
