After the releases of dynamite at savage loves they released their album titled BE: in November or December of 2020. The singles off of the album "BE: Dynamite and Life Goes On". So again their latest English song "Butter" is the single off their new album coming out later this year.

The Music Video to Life Goes On was actually co-directed by Jungkook, who has an interest in filming and editing. The whole 'Be' album the single is on was mostly written and produced by the members themselves.

(I talk as an Italian) In Italy we learn English when we start primary school and in middle school we can choose to learn another language or learn more English. So many American pop and r&b songwriters from the 90s and early 00s went over to South Korea when American companies stopped hiring them. What with pop music changing significantly. And while they certainly have high standards, they don’t rework the songs (outside of translations), hence the higher quality and occasional familiarity.

The situation is the same in China. And in Russia (where I am living) there are not many people who speak English either.

Since you were wondering about their concerts, I almost went to one in the summer of 2020. We all know how that went. It didn't. Anyways, let me introduce you to kpop concert culture. So when a new group debuts, it's a trend to give the fandom a name and to design a light stick. Light sticks are sold to fans so they can use them at concerts and award shows. The product is a huge ocean of lights in the crowd that actually can be connected to the stage during a concert so they make all kinds of cool colors and images while the artists perform. So basically, they extend the concert into the crowd and make a light show. BTS tends to compare ARMY bombs (the name of BTS' light stick) to a galaxy of stars. And that's honestly what it looks like. It's so beautiful. You should definitely watch a video of the ARMY bombs. I always recommend the Fake Love MV or the Boy With Love MV to BTS newcomers. They're kind of the perfect blend of western music and kpop, so they still feel authentically kpop while having a western flavour and the visuals are insanely beautiful. As for Blackpink, all their MVs are great and their covers are amazing too.
