Video footage of Swifto's (Luke Elliot) downwind sailing clinic for Laser/ILCA sailors, held for May 20-25 2024, and hosted by International Sailing Academy (‪@internationalsailingacademy‬).
This was an awesome clinic with excellent coaches, extensive support from the staff, fantastic weather, great facilities, and wonderful mix of student sailors: Top ladies, top (and red-headed) boys, and 'slightly' older masters :) It was a really educational and fun clinic!!

I'm blown away(pun intended) watching this, it looks a lot like last year's clinic. Great video, thanks for sharing and I hope to get back there soon!

Hey Toshi! Thank your for uploads. If you want to add timings to the video, you can add them to description and it will be separated in the auto mode. The key here is that you have to do the zero mark and it has to be, timing first, words after. Like 0:00 Intro 0:21 Warm-up drill 1:34 Downwind light winds etc I didn't realize myself that I have to do the 0:00 mark so it never worked for me, until I found it out one day. So I share it with you now, hope it's as helpful as your videos. Keep posting!
