@@salleynycole maybe she dosent want you to kick as much because she wants you to develop a 2 beat kick. I looked at another video of yours. When you come out of stream line into your stroke, you should be GLIDING like superman. Your giving up a little real estate there and it's causing you to do more strokes than what you need. Also when your stroking there should always be one arm extended in front of you. You appear to drop your arm at times or sometimes you stroke before there is a arm fully extended in front. When you go to breath a trick is to rest the back of your head on the extended arm when taking the quick breath. In that way your head dosent drop your legs. Just small fixes are needed. Your confident enough that you can grab a pull buoy and fix all this in a week just watching RU-vid videos. I recommend SWIMVICE and Justin Patrick. They have a bunch of free detailed videos
