I know how fishing on delta is cause it’s shallow but what’s ur fish finder saying

Deepest area I’ve found is ~30 ft in a main channel. Most of the delta that I’ve fished has been in the 2-10 ft range though. Cuts and backwaters will be more shallow 2-10 feet or so and the main channels will be 10-30 feet depending where you’re at.

Neither, those are way south, we were up north. I would’ve preferred to fish elsewhere with how slow the bite was though, oh well, you can’t predict how the bite will be at the delta, lol.

Haa, that current does move fast there. That spot basically has 3 rivers flowing to 1 spot.

Yeah and they all flow together pretty much so the current was probably the fastest I’ve fished on in the delta. Especially since the tide was low and incoming all day, we didn’t have calm water till after 2pm lol.
