I love swimming but it has no place in the scrum.
So swimming is something we don't want, usually it consists of high elbows and your arm doing a front crawl motion when you take your bind.
This is going to expose our chest to the Loose-heads which is something we never want to do.
we never want our chest to be exposed.
How do we fix this?
We must have a punchy bind, they need to feel your presence here.
As we take our bind it's a punchy bind.
elbows are down and the bind is strong and fast
