In the most formative years of my life, I watched all of the vlogs at least twice. Casey taught me so much, but one of the things he did that may have messed me up the most are how he operates in videos like this. Busy day, maximizing time, and when most people would be going to bed, he's driving the family out of state. He's made shit like that feel normal, and I am so glad he did.

This usually happens when somebody falls ill on board. It's so they can make a judgment on how bad the situation is and if they need intimidate attention or not.

What do you think are the chances one of the cabin crew or the relevant passengers of that plane are in this comment section? Other than those, I really don't think any of us have a chance of knowing :p But as was said, most likely someone was experiencing discomfort and showing symptoms of an illness, and they needed someone to make a judgment call.
