Beautiful AND gentle! Completely safe to swim with. I knew how big they were before I went, but there is nothing that can REALLY prepare you for the sheer size. :)

Biggest shark out there! They are so so gentle. If you ever decide to check "swim with sharks" off your bucket list, I'd recommend you start with these guys ;)

wow, what a cool experience! I have swam with dolphins before in Israel but this would be so cool to do too! I also hate when they use baiting tactics. The place I swam with dolphins in israel was a sort of place where the dolphins could come in and hang out but they also had their own choice to leave and go swim out in the red sea where they had to go to feed so I liked that much more than some of the places where you see the animals stuck in enclosures.

I appreciate that you sacrificed a "better" experience for a more ethical one. I went through the same thing when choosing a safari in Joburg. I felt pressured to go to the walking with lion tours by everyone but knowing how some of these places operate, I couldn't do it. Great video!
That's super interesting. I actually hadn't heard of walking with lion tours before, even after safariing in Tanzania. I definitely think you made the right call! Always important to keep sustainability and ethics in mind when participating in tours like that. Glad we think alike 😊

Oh wow this is amazing and beautiful! I had a chance to swim with small sharks in Florida it was a little scary but also so gorgeous to see them closely and be in their habitat! These sharks on the other hand might be too much for me to dive with lol thanks for sharing this experience!
I know whales and I know sharks but I didnt know whale sharks existed. What an experience wow. well done. I got the shivers even from home. I love watching but I will never be able to do it!

The only thing that I have swam with is dolphins. I don’t know if I would be brave enough to swim with these though. They sure are beautiful creatures though. What a great experience!

Ive been there...but not into feeding the whalesharks in their natural habitat. There are places in Philippines where you need to spot them naturally on non-feeding human whalesharks. Such as in Sorsogon and Leyte.
What a beautiful animal!😍 I love their spots and you guys look so tiny compared to them haha I heard when your next to a whale they’re huge. We watch them on a screen so we don’t really understand how big they really are. I would love this 💕
