The trickiest part is to put the seal and the back plate. Recommendations: ensure the seal is in place around the entire circumference, then put the back plate and press against the clock and not let go the pressure until you put the 4 screws. Do not move the back plate without the screws or the seal can leave it's position.

La parte mas delicada es poner el sello y la tapa. Recomendaciones: asegurar que el sello se encuentre en su lugar en toda la circunferencia, luego al poner la tapa presionar contra el reloj y no soltar la presión hasta poner los 4 tornillos. No mover la tapa sin los tornillos puestos o el sello se puede salir de su lugar.

I replaced the battery in my Poolmate2 without the need to take the entire unit out, as demonstrated in your video. The battery in the watch was a CR2032, even though the manual specified a CR2025. There's a discrepancy between the manual and the actual battery used in the device. I unclipped the battery clip shown in 1:10 by inserting a needle (pin) since these a small components. The clip had already popped out in the video when you peeled the plastic.

Helpful. Thanks. My issue is was the metal clip at the back wouldn't stay clicked back in so just stuck it dwon with tape!

Haven't done mine yet, checked the Swimovate site, they recommend rubbing vaseline on seal to keep it watertight. UPDATE... I may have a different model but It was NOT possible to remove the battery as shown from that side due to a lip on the casing. I had to split the works (like opening a sandwich) on re assembly the display was ruined. Not that bothered as I wasn't impressed with it anyway.
