The 36 that was put into that box can really represent anything you want, depending on how frequently you can achieve a 10% return. For example, it could even be 36 days if you're able to make a 10% profit everyday. It just says years by default because compound interest is usually though of as being for long-term investing!

@@master_the_market I understand your response; however, you say in the video that "in 36 months the account of $2,000 will have grown to over $60,000". That is not an accurate statement. It doesn't have much bearing on the overall intent of the video but, an error nonetheless. Let me follow all of that up with a "thank you" for helping out us rookies.
