This video will be on the second iteration of Swiss entrenching tool. This one is based off the American wwii m43 folding entrenching tool. In traditional Swiss fashion it’s much heavier and overbuilt. This entrenching tool would appear in the mid 60’s and I believe is still in limited service. This model would not fully replace the fixed handle model for a number of years because the Swiss don’t throw much away. Hopefully you liked this video and subscribed if you like this sort of stuff.
